All DollyPolished, LLC sales are final. Due to the nature of the product, returns or exchanges are not allowed. No refunds. No exceptions. All sales are final unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Manufacturer Defects:

DollyPolished, LLC must be notified within 24 hours of your shipment arrival date if there is a mistake on our part in the form of a manufacturer defect.
