- Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. For restocks and launches, please allow 3-10 business days for your order to be processed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipment Confirmation:
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Liability for Packages:
- DollyPolished, LLC is not liable for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages under any circumstances.
Returns and Refunds:
- We are not liable for any returns due to wrong addresses under any circumstances. There will be no refunds for the shipping cost, and a fee will be applied if the package is returned.
Lost in Transit:
- If your item has been lost in transit, please contact the carrier service first. The carrier will have more information on the transit of your package.
International Customs Duties:
